At The Golda Project, our mission is rooted in healing, education, and opportunity—supporting women, children, and communities in need in Israel and here at home. Through trauma therapy programs, educational initiatives, and partnerships that create lasting impact, we are committed to turning compassion into action.
Today, we are proud to share the expansion of one of our initiatives: Mitzvah Paws.
With the support of a generous lead gift, Mitzvah Paws is expanding beyond our longstanding support of animal rescue and therapy programs in Israel to include helping vulnerable animals here in Los Angeles. This work reflects the same values that guide everything we do: protecting the vulnerable, promoting healing, and strengthening communities.
We are proud to continue supporting trusted organizations in Israel, including Let the Animals Live, Keren-Or Farm, and Na'aleh Therapy Farm, while expanding our impact through new partnerships that will be announced soon.
As we celebrate the 62nd birthday of our Founder, Gina Raphael, we are honored to partner with Nola Singer and Rescue Rose to raise awareness and support for animal rescue efforts. Together, we are creating opportunities for our community to make a meaningful difference—one act of compassion at a time.
As part of this celebration, a rescued dog in Israel will be named Golda, symbolizing hope, resilience, and the far-reaching impact of our community's generosity.
We hope you will join us on July 20 for our special event:
Mitzvah Paws Wine & Cheese – Rescue Rose with The Golda Project
If you are unable to attend, we invite you to make a contribution. Donations designated for Mitzvah Paws will directly support the rescue, therapy, and partnership programs of this initiative while advancing The Golda Project's broader mission of healing, education, and support for women and children.
Together, we can create meaningful change
.
With gratitude,
The Golda Project
Building a legacy of compassion through women's leadership and action.
